It's safe, clean, and relatively close to the main avenue, guaranteeing that it's a quiet place.

The funny noise made by the pipes when the shower taps at the neighbours.apparments are opened. Not all the rooms have TVs.

The venue is close to the beach

The venue has a bad smell and there are cocroches evey where, will not recommend it to anyone. It just need refurbishment as the wooden wardrobes are too old probably 40 years ago.

When I have to be in sea point area early in the morning, this is where I usually stay. Not luxurious, but convenient. Well located, affordable, comfortable and privacy.

Traumatising

Location

This stay ruined our holiday from the moment we arrived. Severe cockroach infestation, shared facilities with strangers, poor hygiene, and a no refund policy that leaves guests trapped. Please take the low rating seriously and avoid booking if you want a comfortable stay.

Overprived and Instant disappointment

The staff will try to help with what they can.

1. Way over-priced for a hostel 2. Facility is old on top of being a hostel but charging a normal accommodation price 3. Sharing of bathroom, toilet, kitchen and sitting room 4. Beds are so hard and uncomfortable 5. Pictures of the accommodation (when searching) are deceitful 6. Basic tea/coffee and sugar are not provided 7. Instant feeling of disappointment and betrayal once you arrive at your booked room - and there's no refund (you'll feel trapped)

Still staying here and it's absolutely absurd the way the owners run this property.

I was forced to stay in an accommodation that didn't make me comfortable. I paid for something that I was not happy with. Rats in the kitchen. The shower felt like the owners are not able to pay water bills. It was like a drizzle in the shower and it's winter!!!! The energies and vibe was so dark. I requested to check out and cancel my reservation. I was forced to stay due to a refund policy. What refund policy makes you forced to be in a place you don't want to be???????? Ownera make money what about customer service and the customer who is paying for their stay????? Absolutely there for the money nothing else matters. I am still staying here and it's breaking my soul amd spirits. Leave alone the shower that ends up giving you a cold
