The staff are very helpful with every step and process of the place and during my stay. The room is spacious and great for friends or families staying as there’s two big beds. The location is very close to Quil shopping mall, food markets and the twin towers. The price is very affordable considering the location and the die of the room. There’s also lots of affordable convenience stores right at the bottom of the apartment. The room is bright and clean as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back here and highly recommend others to stay! ☺️

Comfortable mattress Big room with a lot of space There is everything you need and even more. Like washing mashing. Nice swimming pool There are shops and a bar on the ground floor, so you can grab anything you need. Snacks and coffee.

Oh those showers that make wet all bathroom. Why don’t you put shower curtain? Location so so

Good size, and great to have supermarket at basement. Excellent to have a washing machine in the room.

It’s a self check in system, no onsite reception just a grumpy security guard. No cleaning throughout my 10 night stay and we must get rid of our rubbish in the hotel with vague instructions on level 3 which I couldn’t find and asked security and he just annoyingly said “it’s back there”, so I go back there and spend a few minutes trying to find it but couldn’t, my taxi leaves and I’m charged a no show fee. Why should I be searching for the place within a huge hotel to dispose of my rubbish? On arrival instructions were sent to my Australian sim but I was using my Indonesian sim as I’d just arrived from Bali. Had no idea about locked box out back and password system but security guard in lobby just yells check your message I need password, after finding it we go out back me pushing my heavy luggage around the basement to the locker room and get the card then go upstairs. No sheet / towels changed in the nearly 2 weeks there. And no one there to collect rubbish, we need to do that ourselves! Do I work at the hotel? Nope. So why should I go searching for where to dispose of it. And still couldn’t find it. At check out I head downstairs 10am ready to call a taxi and head to the bus depot for my 11am bus to Penang. I go to hand the security guard my room pass and walk off, but no there’s a whole procedure of having to return the key to the locked box again and entering codes etc. by the time the codes are retrieved and I push my bags through the lobby to behind the locker room (as a solo travellers had to take all my luggage with me), I finally finish returning the key and go to call the taxi but by now it’s 10:20am and as a result I nearly missed my bus to Penang literally they held the bus for me a minute or I’d have missed it. Any other hotel you just drop the pass at reception and leave not at this hotel. After arriving in Penang at 5pm o go to charge both my work and personal phone and see a message on my Aus sim phone asking have you checked out yet?
