NaiBnB in The Colony by Infinitum

Everything bout it, apartment was as pictured. Nothing to complain bout. Apartment was new, well maintained, clean & nicely decorated. Everything was working well. Aircon was cold, water pressure was good and hot. Instructions was clear, agent is friendly. There is a grocery mart, laundromat & eatery just downstairs with Quill Mall just next door. Very convenient! Will definitely repeat & recommend to others!

Was greeted by a strong sewage smell though when we 1st stepped in. So gotta buy our own air fresheners and placed them in the apartment. And maybe check out time could have been 12pm instead of 11am, kinda rushing for us.

Lovely apartment and in a brilliant location. Everything is in walking distance and right next to a shopping mall, train station, and a 7/11 below. Quick and efficient communication from the staff for self-check in and extending my stay.

The only negative was that I had to extend my stay for one extra night and the price was significantly more expensive than the original night I had paid for, I do appreciate that it was very last minute though.

Instructions were easy, but was uninformed that we were staying in apartments B, so when we went to go into the lift we couldn't get to level 33. We had to have someone help us to get to the pool rooftop and cross across to apartments B.

Cleanliness, no kitchen sink hot water, plug or teatowel. Hand held shower broke after one use, dirty blankets on bed, no tea/coffee making facilities, second shower flooded bathroom on every use, no pool towels, air con in second bedroom leaked on floor, mould in bathrooms, overall tired looking and quite old looking.
