Large room, a nice garden in front of the room, quiet zone, the distance to the beach around 10 minutes, a few supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is well equiped, there is also a washing machine and iron .

Clean and neat new apartment with everything you need for family with young kids, close location to Noi beach, stores in close approximately, wonderful hosts.

Location was great - 8 minutes downhill from the nearest beach, Kabakum. Interior was nice with mostly new furniture. We loved having the small yard even if it meant less privacy. The owner was responsive, and the housekeeper - very polite (she was staying in the studio nextdoor).
From the day we arrived, the kitchen box was flooded with ants and cockroaches. We kept all food in the fridge and freezer and notified the housekeeper but no action was taken. We also suspect bedbugs.
The ventilation didn't work - whenever the housekeeper would cook something, our living quarters would get soaked up in smells.
