Beautiful penthouse near Rai and centre

Amazing views, location and the facilities were so great! Will definitely stay again! So easy to check in and out and the perfect spot to explore the city!

Excellent location, beautiful view from the apartment, good shower and everything there that we needed

This is truly a beautiful apartment. My favorite thing was watching the flocks of feral green parrots in the treetops out the big bedroom windows right above the bed and seeing the changing skies over Amsterdam through the skylight. The bed was very comfortable as was all the other features in the apartment. The location is so ideal with a Metro line to Centraal and in easy walking distance to DePijp.

My stay unfortunately coincided with a heatwave which does create some challenges in a top story apartment. On the hottest days the apartment would have been uncomfortable to stay in during the heat of the day but I was out and about so managed to air it out at night with the numerous windows to stay comfortable.

Requirements for tenants, this is not possible, nothing else is possible, do not touch the walls, do not breathe, do not make noise, The price is insane for what they offer, They require a deposit (350€) so that you do not touch anything and do not damage it, The stairs are terrible and narrow, and if you touch the walls with your suitcases up to the 4th floor they take your deposit of 350€, There is no air conditioning and during the day you cannot leave the windows open and it becomes 50 degrees when you get home, in general you have the right to give 1000€ for three nights and not use it at its best
