We had an amazing workation stay – part vacation, part remote work – and this place was absolutely perfect for both.
We stayed in a private ground-floor apartment with a separate entrance. The space is clean, well-organized, and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that made longer stays easy.
Incredible bonus: even during the hottest summer days, it stayed pleasantly cool inside – and there’s air conditioning available for the real scorchers.
The large garden was a dream – full of trees and greenery, almost like a hidden kingdom. Our child and dog loved playing outside, and in the evenings, we enjoyed the peace with a glass of wine.
Simonetta and Franco are super friendly, helpful, and speak fluent English. Their local recommendations were truly spot on!
The town of Sutri is charming, rich in history, full of character and excellent food. The local community is very active, and during our stay we were lucky to experience two special events – Note Romantica and the Infiorata del Corpus Domini, both unforgettable.
The surrounding region is packed with places to explore – within just 30–45 minutes by car, you can visit countless beautiful towns and sights. You could spend weeks here discovering hidden gems.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Italian experience – with the comfort and warmth of truly thoughtful hosts!

The host was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, peaceful and the garden is a lovely place to have breakfast.
