About this house rental
In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, Breton house renovated in a contemporary way, in the countryside in the very pretty and quiet hamlet of Kervernir, between Baden at 3 min and Arradon at 7 min.
With a capacity of 4 to 5 people, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160cm and 2 beds of 80cm which can be twinned according to your needs, automatically put into a double bed 160) on the first level and 1 bench on the ground floor, 1 bathroom, kitchen , living room, the house is tastefully furnished and has a terrace and a small swimming pool.
Household linen (sheets, duvet covers, hand towels, tea towels) is provided so as not to clutter you.
In high season, the house can only be rented by the week.
CAUTION: The house is not suitable for young children.
Pets are not allowed, the house is also non-smoking (outdoor ashtrays will nevertheless be available).
The Gulf of Morbihan is full of natural and historical wonders to be discovered on foot, by bike, by kayak, by sailboat ... Discovery of the heritage: the Cairn of Gavrinis (pier at the port of Larmor Baden); Ile aux moines (pier at Port Blanc at 6 km); Vannes city of art and history (12 km); port of Saint Goustan (11 km); Carnac (27 km), cruise on the Gulf, ballad and hike on the islands and coastal paths, nautical activities: sailing, kayaking, paddle, Arradon horse riding (8 km), 18-hole golf course (5 km).

Un excellent séjour dans une villa fort sympathique... Nous avons adoré... Un grand merci à Nadia pour son accueil efficace, chaleureux et amical!
PS: contrairement à d'autres avis, nous avons adoré la banquette dans le séjour ;

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle dans un hameau paisible.
Par contre place de parking inutilisable pour une grande voiture et très peu de stationnement dans la rue.
Manque de suivi pour le nettoyage de la piscine et la réparation de l’équipement (radiateur salle de bain en panne depuis un petit moment)

Logement bien équipé, ce gîte est à recommandé pour les adultes. 2 points négatifs, la piscine était pas propre et le canapé n'est pas confortable.
