The property was exceptional and the host was very attentive and friendly.The pool is a good size and clean.The Villa had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows.Thank you soony for a amazing stay I will book here again in the future.

I didn’t like the early morning call from the local mosque.It would not put me off from booking here again.The villa was luxurious and we didn’t want to leave.

Overall was a good experience at the penthouse

The penthouse was very big with a nice swimming pool. Host and house manager were prompt in answering queries.

Location was a bit far to walk from main area such as shopping or beach. Mainly accessible by car only.

Nice Villa

The house manager was very helpful. You just have to give her a call and she will arrange everything at the soonest, transport, massage etc. Just try your luck and see what she can offer. The house is big and reasonable clean.

There are 4 bedroom, 2 on the second floor and 2 on the first floor. The bottom rooms has an attached toilet and the top rooms have a single shared toilet. If you are coming with friends, it is fine as everyone is living far apart so there is some privacy but if you are coming with your family, the rooms are a little too far to my liking. But it's all personal preference, you might like it this way...

Exceptional

The experience of the trip was fantastic. Because of the freedom of travel with friends, we chose Penthouse. First, the overall environment and style of the room are very in line with our requirements. Second, the service of our housekeeper, Mrs. Prakong, makes us feel at home. By the way, Mrs. Prakong's English is very good and she has no problem communicating. She can quickly understand our needs and give corresponding services and suggestions. We're going to give her 10,000 compliments! For the villas, there are many rooms (enough for a large family life). Kitchen supplies are available to meet our cooking needs. The swimming pool where is outside the living room also has a water circulation system, as well as meeting people to clean up the debris in the water every day. Generally speaking, we are very happy to spend our pleasant vacation in Penthouse during our trip to Karbi.

Très agréable et lumineux, belles prestations et piscine très sympa. Le lieu est relativement proche de nombreuses commodités, et à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la plage de Ao Nang. Mrs Prakong (la manager) est un véritable atout ! Elle vous aide à organiser des sorties, les transferts et beaucoup d’autres choses, avec beaucoup d’efficacité !
