A cosy stone villa next to the famous convent XII cent. "La Scarzuola", situated in a private hamlet immersed in an utmost green landscape, recently restructured, conceived to make you feel at home, in the heart of Umbria, a region of natural and artistic wonders at the border of Tuscany (easily reachable Siena, Montepulciano, Città della Pieve, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Spoleto, Perugino’s sites, wine streets, Marmore’s falls, famous thermal waters and many other well known sites). An oasis of tranquillity, privacy and of absolute peace suitable to those appreciating a complete relax and charming tours through the famous medieval hamlets of central Italy. On 2 floors, finely restructured with hand made terracotta, local stone, oak beams and fine decorations it is composed by: 2 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge with fireplace, kitchen corner fully equipped, 1 cute mezzanine, independent views on in bloom and well kept gardens. Total relaxation in a beautiful setting in Umbria

We were looking for a week of tranquillity in a beautiful setting with the possibility of sight-seeing nearby and we found the perfect spot. Il Casaletto is a spacious and tastefully decorated house on large grounds next to its own olive tree yard. The house is one of three buildings but offers a lot of privacy. Our three teenagers very much enjoyed the large and immaculately kept swimming pool. The house in well situated for sightseeing with beautiful villages and towns such as Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Spoleto and Todi within 1hour drive. La Scarzuola, convent XII century, only 10 minutes away, worthwhile visiting. Umbria is one of the most beautiful regions of Italy, relatively unspoiled, yet with so much culture to see but without the crowds and the queuing one would find in other places. We felt very welcome. The co-owner Emilia, a truly lovely lady, discrete but there whenever needed, gave us wonderful day-trip ideas and restaurant tips. We were sad to leave and would love to go back in the future. I can recommend this place without any hesitation. Inge H

"Nous avons passé 15 jours au charming hill. Le site est idéal pour des hôtes souhaitant se reposer : perdue dans la campagne, au milieu d''autres collines, vous serez au calme, accompagné par le chant des cigales. La piscine est superbe ! Ca c''est une vraie piscine ! grande, propre, dans un cadre magnifique : la piscine borde le champ d''olivier qui couvre l''autre moitié de la propriété. La maison est grande et spacieuse. Il est important de noter que la literie est d''excellente qualité ! Et puis il y a Shimin et Emilie, les propriétaires. On ne loue pas une maison pour ce critère mais là vraiment ! elles contribuent au charme de l''endroit, c''est indéniable ! A la fois discrètes et attentionnées, elles ont toujours un mot gentil, prêtes à rendre service s''il manque la moindre chose. Pleines de bons conseils sur les restos de la région. Elles sont faites pour recevoir !"

"Magnifique semaine en famille avec nos deux enfants. Cette maison est très agréable : spacieuse, bien équipée, et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Sa situation sur une grande propriété réserve un calme propice à des vacances reposantes, dans une nature superbe. La taille de la piscine permet de s'adonner à la natation autant qu'au jeu, et l'espace qui l'entoure vaut bien une belle plage. Pour couronner le tout, les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil fort sympathique. A conseiller sans réserve à qui recherche le calme, le confort et la beauté."

"Notre séjour a étè merveilleux. Accueil très sympa, le hameau simplement parfait, un décor très soigné. On était deux couples sur deux chambres et deux étages, une cuisine très bien equipée, une cheminée devant laquelle on peut passer des soirèes de relax. Un environnement silencieux et paisible. On a fait des sorties vers Assisi et Orvieto qu'on n'oubliera pas. On a envie d'y revenir en automne pour les fètes de pays qu'on nous dit sont a ne pas rater... Merci et a bientot."
