The Vera

An amazing hotel, created with an impeccable taste and enormous attention to details... and managed with a deep care of the guest experience. Nothing posh or expressly 'caring' in attitude, but it just has all necessary parts at the right place. Remarkably attentive team (it's a shame to refer to them as 'staff' - they are rather caring friends, than formally functioning employees) is keeping you covered with all possible needs. it's not cheap, but you get a LOT of value for what you are paying. They are really generous, in all possible ways: from well-thought (multiple) ways of enjoying your time in the hotel to complementary snacks and drinks, coffees and even wines (from special 'wine tasting' dispensers). And yes, also the bikes for exploring the neighbourhood.

i'd always love to have my stay longer On a serious note, maybe, the lights in the bathroom might be a bit brigher... but that's minor.

Staff is nice and trying to accommodate you in any way they can. Location is unbeatable and I also like the self-serving coffee and wine they have available

Room layout is SO bad (i’m an interior designer), I tried booking a better room category, it’s a larger room but wasted sqm which gives you nothing more. Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. Nightlife noise will accopany you every night and especially on the weekends. Bathroom is so omoist and humid all day, no good airing system there.. My stay was very uncomfortable
