It’s located in Shenkin street, one of my favorite areas in Tel Aviv. The building has a modern yet historical vibe and my room has a wonderful cozy balcony overlooking the city. When I entered, I got greeted with warmth, a smile, a beer, a shot of Arak with the host at the reception and even a complimentary wine in my room. Such generosity and hospitality for a first time one night stay is something I’ve never experienced before in this from. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Comfortable beds and sheets . Nice decor, except for the ugly sofa bed. Allowed a late check out which was very convenient.
Some of the reception staff were very unwelcoming. Room was not cleaned one day and the receptionist asserted that it was my fault (it wasn’t). Booking description says there are free bikes but receptionist said there were none (Booking.com still says “Boasting free bikes”) Breakfast vouchers were twice refused by the restaurant (in a very unpleasant manner) because another receptionist had used the wrong stamp. Shower overflowed every time and flooded the bathroom. No towel hooks in the bathroom. Not enough storage in the bathroom for toiletries.
