Quinter Central Nha Trang

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and my family absolutely loved and enjoyed everything here. From the facilities to the overall atmosphere, every detail exceeded our expectations. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Trâm at the reception desk. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality and genuine smile made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. In terms of customer service, I am extremely satisfied with the excellent support she provided. Employees like her make a real difference and leave a lasting impression on guests. We will definitely return in the future, and we hope to receive the same wonderful welcome and hospitality that Trâm gave us. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable experience.

The front line staff at the Quinter were all excellent and deserve recognition for their 5 star service.My room once relocated (see below) was exceptional!Location and Buffet Breakfast were both very good I would definitely stay there again!

2 negatives the most important I was initially allocated a room without a window and which smelt strongly of room spray.I actually blame Booking.com as they should have mentioned this!I suffer from claustipobia so this room was totally not acceptable.Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked on arrival however the duty staff went out their way to find an acceptable solution although it did mean an increase in room rate for the remainder of my stay.The second point of less importance and something that I have come across elsewhere I did have a massage one evening.The masseur made it clear that a tip was expected.I don't like this I will always give a tip but I don't like being somewhat pressured into doing so! But otherwise I was totally delighted so Thankyou Everyone at Quinter!!!

Breakfast was very good, the location was pretty good - close to the beach and not to far from main town. The Pool area was good except not much area around the pool, only a few sunbeds.

The hotel is tired looking, needs a revamp, has an old smell to it.
