El personal muy amable y dispuesto a solucionar.
Hubo falta de comunicación acerca de la reserva al momento del check in. Una de las habitaciones presentó problemas con el a/c y el TV. Si ofrecieron alternativas para cambiarse de habitación, pero las otras habitaciones no estaban refrescadas para ello. Al final que nos quedamos en la habitación, después que se fue la electricidad y entró el generador, el a/c y televisor funcionaron, así que debe ser un problema eléctrico en ella.

Me gustó todo. Es un pequeño hotel atendido directamente por los dueños los cuales se esmeran en dar la mejor atención a todos sus huéspedes.
