Fabulous stay in a perfect apartment

Perfect property for exploring Verona right in the centre of the historical area close to everything of interest, fabulous restaurants and bars and central for transport. The studio itself was fabulous, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, perfect size, fantastic air con, safe and clean building with great lift. The staff we spoke to were fabulous, so friendly and helpful. And the welcome Prosecco was a beautiful touch. We will def be back.

The apartment is small, but clean and beautiful. The girl who met us upon arrival was very nice and gave us lots of great information about the area. It is close to walk to everything in Verona and we loved visiting and learning this city.

Location was ideal for central Verona. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed.

The walls to neighbouring apartments are thin so you can hear neighbours. If noise bothers you this might not be the property for you.

Charming old city location of a newly done appartment

Great Location, extremely friendly and helpful host, all in the apartment was freshly done, new spacious bathroom with very good water pressure and big sink, balcony with very charming view on the old town as the apartment is on the 4th floor, but has a funky old elevator! Also the bedrooms can be made completely dark with the roll down blinds.

The bathroom is all new done and very spacious, but the shower cabin itself could be not so petite, however, was not a real issue for us.

Room looks better in reality than in photos. Big room with a nice view to the top of the Old town houses. The location for sure is amazing. Windows has extra blindes which darkens the room completely for sleep. Easy access via interesting old elevator. Super friendly host.

Honest cost-benefit.

Nice accommodation, spacious and with great light. The air conditioning makes a difference during summer days! The lift on the building was really helpful.

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi connection was really unstable. If you need it for work purposes it might be safer to go to a café nearby.

Great guy, flexible with the time to hand over the key. He also gave us a lot of tipps on what to do. Very nice building with an old elevator. Nice restaurants and churches near the location and it was not far to walk to the city center and other sights.

The Bathroom was a bit small and the water from the shower went in all directions, even through the shower door (because it was not completely sealed when shut), so the floor was wet after showering. Kitchen also not equipped with a lot, but we were happy with the fridge :)

La struttura è vicinissima a piazza Erbe,via Mazzini, Castelvecchio, Arena e tante altre cose ti puoi spostare a piedi senza problemi! Sono stata anche nel 2024 nell'alloggio ed essendomi trovata benissimo ho riprenotato per il 2025 con la speranza di ritrovare posto quest'anno! La camera ha 2 letti comodissimi con bagno e cucina all'interno. Le proprietarie Anna e la mamma sono veramente gentili sono disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Speriamo di vederci quest'anno! Simona

Bella struttura molto pulita in pieno centro quarto piano panoramico con terrazzo molto silenzioso durante la notte.

Poco insonorizzato rispetto all’appartamento numero 2. I vicini hanno discusso per un paio d’ore e si sentiva tutto( diciamo che strillavano 😁) . Fortunatamente vs le 22 hanno smesso.

Gostamos de tudo. Anna foi muito atenciosa e compreensiva. Tivemos alguns problemas para chegar até o Lincoln, pois perdemos nosso vôo para Itália. Mas Anna sempre disposta a nos dar informações importantes. O Apto é muito aconchegante, muito limpo e próximo de tudo.

Wunderbares Apartment in der Altstadt

Die Lage ist sehr gut und alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, warm und bot einen wunderbaren Ausblick vom Balkon. Anna, die uns empfangen hat, war sehr um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht und sehr nett.

Leider hat der Lift nicht immer funktioniert, manchmal könnte man ihm vom 3 Stockwerk rufen (die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock). Das Problem konnte auch nicht nach dem Störungsdienst da war, behoben werden. Das Apartment kann leider nichts dafür, aber an unserem Abreisetag hat er gar nicht funktioniert:( uns hat das aber nicht so sehr gestört, wir würden wieder kommen.
