The staffs are very arrogant and money minded. They want to charge extra for each and every small thing in the name of hotel rules. We had booked 2 rooms and even though we checked in 18 hrs late and still booked the room in advance for the entire day and next 2 days, but when we requested them for slight extension in stay for some hours for 1 room, the night staffs first told us a day before to pay Rs. 1500, but then on the next day while extending, the day staffs told us very arrogantly that they can’t extend only 1 room booked online and we had to extend both the rooms or else we had to book directly from them for which the price was way higher than online booking. When I showed them that it’s available online to book 1 room then they told us to pay for the entire day or else check out. Even after extending and paying for the entire day when we asked for complimentary water they denied to give it saying that we aren’t staying for the entire day. We had to tell them thrice that I have paid for the entire day then they provided us. The day and night teams do not have any coordination. The day staffs don’t stick to what the night staffs say by just telling that the night staffs are new to hotel and don’t know the rules of hotel. They don’t know how to talk to guests. It seems they are giving free favour to us. Also, there is no kitchen. Only breakfast is served and that too having only 3-4 dishes. The night staffs brought dinner for us from another restaurant, but next day when we wanted them to bring lunch, the day staffs told us that they don’t bring any food and outside food isn’t allowed. When I told them that their night staffs had only brought it for us they told that the night staffs are new to hotel and don’t know the rules but the staff was actually a very old staff. Then when we ourselves went to bring lunch we noticed that the night staff overcharged us by 30% for just bringing dinner from the restaurant situated 100 metres away from hotel. He also told us a different name of restaurant, made a fake bill and also removed the name of the restaurant from the box as well so that we couldn’t find name of restaurant. Even after repeating the order twice, they brought extra food. Then told us that they can keep it in their refrigerator and take it the next day. But when we asked the day staffs to warm and serve, they denied to warm it by telling that they don’t have any kitchen. The room keeping staffs came to our room before check out time and almost forced us to leave and checked the room as if we have broken or stolen something. We also found poor cleanliness and found insects crawling on the floor. The only good factor is it’s location nothing else.

Service is very poor. No toilet paper, broken mog. Three time taken photo & two time taken passport. Three time remainder for mog and toilet paper. But no respone
