Lovely Apartment and facilities

Good apartment facilities. Nice to have a place to sit in the evenings and relax - not just a bed! Good base for a longer stay but we only stayed one night so perhaps did not really appreciate the benefits as much as a longer stay would have allowed us to.

One minor point - we could not check in at the agreed time as the previous guests left late but we found somewehere nearby for lunch and host was very apologetic. It was a little bit further from the main town than we had thought (as we like to walk) but not a problem if you drive.

Touring with 2 motorcycles & a car

Fantastic property, with friendly hosts, 3 comfortable large beds, Balcony with seating off upstairs bedrooms , bathroom with jet bath & ground floor bedroom & shower room. Covered parking for the 2 motorcycles & long driveway for at least 2 cars in quiet location. Entrance up steep steps with no handrail from parking area which could be a problem for less mobile guests or small children. Free run of garden & outdoors seating. Property also has annexe under main house for rental too. Provisions provided by owner so didn’t need to worry about tea,coffee, sugar, milk , butter & selection of cakes, crackers & breadsticks

we didn’t know how to get in when we got there and did not have a way to make phone calls. would have been easier to know ahead how to get in or know that we would need to call. we had to find Wi-Fi cafe to get in touch.

Aosta tranquil stay

Superb location, quiet neighbourhood, close to a couple of restaurants and a bakery. Spacious clean apartment, comfortable bed and free parking. The breakfast provided was a nice treat.

The owners were super friendly, the house had everything one could desire. We had parking right next to the entrance for 2 cars. Our party of 6 was accomodated in this large house with a nice garden. WIFI was working perfectly. Kitchen was well equipped and the owner provided even milk, butter, tea, coffee for breakfast. Aosta is 5 minutes away drivinf, a lovely town with lots of history. A great trip.Very close to the airport and hot air baloon flight.

Clean , calm and very comfortable to stay. Owner’s mother was waiting for us to give us a house key. She is so charming and good person.

A lovely home as a base for exploring the area

Franca, the host’s mother, met us at the house and she was a wonderful hostess. She was available when we had questions and helped make a reservation at a pizzeria nearby. The apartment is well equipped and cozy, although a little warm as there is not a lot of air circulation through the one window that opens. It’s a beautiful house located in a nice neighbourhood about 3km from the old town of Aosta.

We messaged the host using the booking.com to let him know about a change in arrival time the day prior to arrival but he did not get the message so his mother, who was meeting us, ended up waiting several hours as our message had indicated we would arrive later than originally thought. While the property does have wifi available, because the apartment is downstairs and the router upstairs, there was no signal reception and we had to sit on the outside step to access it.

Bellissima stanza. Pulita, spaziosa e con ogni confort. Abbiamo trovato anche tutto l'occorrente per la colazione della mattina sebbene non era compresa al momento della prenotazione. Gestori gentilissimi. Posizione a pochi km dal centro di Aosta e perfetta per noi che avevamo appuntamento alla mattina presto per un giro in mongolfiera.

בית גדול ושקט שיש בו הכל: 3 חדרי שינה, 2 חדרי שירותים ומקלחת, סלון ומכונת כביסה. חצר מטופחת ומרפסת גדולה שמשקיפה על הנוף. במטבח השאירו לנו חלב, חמאה, ריבה וכל מיני עוגיות וגריסיני. חנייה צמודה. מרחק של כ 7 דקות נסיעה לעיר העתיקה. קרוב לכביש המהיר. יש מאפייה במרחק הליכה. בעלי המקום נחמדים ושירותיים, התקשורת באנגלית עם הבן דרך הווטסאפ.

האמבטיה בקומה העליונה לא הכי נוחה. יש עומס של חפצים שנותנים תחושה שמתארחים בבית שבו משפחה אחרת גרה באופן קבוע. לנו זה ממש לא הפריע.
