The property was in good condition and with for a rental well stocked with kitchen equipment
The reception day staff sat in reception most of the time on their mobiles watching movies or similar that’s fine what was not acceptable was they didn’t use headphones or buds and with the volume right up. With the apartment right over reception it was impossible to hear the tv in the apartment over their phones. Twice I asked them to turn it down and they complied for an hour or so then started again. Big shout out to the night guy who was hard working and didn’t do the same thing.

This property is located on what is now the current extreme eastern edge of Juan Dolio. It is directly opposite a very nice restaurant where I have a had several meals. I believe all the apartments are ocean view, mine had a very nice floor to ceiling sunshade which totally blocked the morning light. Bed was comfortable, Shower was ok, not great, towels available for the pool, everything clean. BTW - No english TV channels.
I can't believe I would ever complain that I was too cold in the DR, but The bedroom was cold. not to worry, I used an extra bedspread from the other bed! Be aware, There is no sandy beach here - you will need to walk a few hundred meters if you wish to feel the sand between your toes.
