Absolutely could not fault this place! Arrived to a lovely welcome drink, stunning pool and gardens, and lots of information from Janaka to help us plan our stay. Everything had been considered in the room - fridge, water, yoga mats, writing desk etc, and it had a beautiful natural bathroom. The restaurant is beautifully set in the garden and has a wide variety of tasty dishes. The safari Janaka organised was fantastic - we had a really professional and informative guide, and we saw so many elephants including babies! I ended up quite unwell here (from food at a previous hotel) and the staff could not have been more caring and helpful - our safari was rescheduled to the following day with no issue, Aruna the chef made me soup, I was delivered fresh coconuts and even marmite, they offered to get a doctor - I really couldn't have been looked after any better. Huge huge thank you to Janaka, Aruna and the whole team, you're all amazing.

Absolutely nothing

The location is close to the Elephant Transit Centre and the Park for safaris. The safari organised by the owners was v good and we were lucky with the wildlife on the day. The place is under development and there are lots of nice design touches. The room is fairly large w bedroom ensuite and two sitting areas. Breakfast was tasty.

The pool was not open due to water quality. The restaurant was partly open. The hot water barely functioned and the toilet was dysfunctional- wouldnt clear and stank which made the bedroom pretty unpleasant.
