Le gite est parfait pour 2 adultes en bonne santé. Compte tenu des escaliers, me parait pas adapté à de jeunes enfants et personnes âgées

Très bon emplacement dans Levanto, avec parking
Il y a un gros problème d’humidité dans la maison, surtout dans la cuisine et la salle de bains. La maison est sous la végétation, la cuisine et la salle de bains ne voient pas de soleil et de lumière. Quand il fait très chaud en plein été, ça passe peut-être inaperçu mais en septembre par temps pluvieux, c’est loin d’être agréable (odeurs + humidité ressentie + impression d’être dans une grotte). La cuisine est assez spartiate (manque un micro-ondes entre autres), et la salle de bains très vieillotte. En gros, extérieur sympathique (quand il fait très beau) mais intérieur vétuste à part la chambre à coucher. On attendrait tout de même beaucoup mieux pour le prix payé !
