Heel gezellig en ruim huis. Vriendelijke ontvangst en zeer attentvol afscheid. Complete rust en zalig vertoeven in de mooie tuin met zwembad. Een echte aanrader!!!

Nous avons demandé à Belvilla d'annuler notre séjour étant donnée la restriction COVID qui était présente jusqu'au 3 mai. La réponse de Belvilla a été qu'il n'y avait pas de restriction sur la semaine réservée. Notre séjour démarrait le 2 mai, date à laquelle nous étions encore confinés , donc, avec des déplacements très limités (10km). La réponse de Belvilla n'était donc pas appropriée. Qui plus est, les vacances scolaires ont été décalées, et Belvilla n'a pas jugé bon de prendre en considération cet événement. Nous allions donc partir alors que nous n'en avions pas le droit et sans nos enfants? Nous avons ensuite demandé un report de notre séjour, par mail via le site de réservation: sans réponse, puis effectué la demande via le site de réservation: sans réponse. Nous n'avons eu aucune réponse de Belvilla qui a fait le mort et continue de le faire depuis plus d'un mois. Notre argent a été encaissé bien évidemment. Belvilla n'a même pas prévenu le propriétaire des lieux que nous ne pouvions pas venir, ni meme que nous ayons demandé un report. Nous avons donc été contacté par la concierge qui nous attendait. par ailleurs, elle nous a indiqué que ce n'était pas la première fois qu'il y avait des problèmes avec Belvilla. Par conséquent, nous sommes dans l'obligation de poursuivre Belvilla, afin de récupérer notre argent. Nous ne jugeons pas ici le séjour puisque nous n'y sommes pas allés. Nous jugeons l'incompétence de Belvilla.
