The swimming pool is equipped with a dome, an airtight tarpaulin, its lighting and a heat pump! The 120 m2 house is equipped with fiber! Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, electric sofa with 65 inch TV, children's play area. On the first floor 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom with toilet. On the first floor 3 bedrooms 1 with 1 double bed and 2 with 2 separate beds! 1 bathroom with 1 toilet. The outside is fenced, barbecue with a very large shaded terrace table, 4 sun loungers and 4 rocking chairs, outdoor power outlet and water inlet. 3 parking spaces for cars on the property!
