La privacidad, lo limpio del lugar.

Sie wohnen hier in einem freistehenden Haus mit direktem Zugang zum Strand (ca. 70m) über einen exotisch anmutenden Dschungelpfad. Der Strand ist groß und es gibt kaum Touristen. Lange Spaziergänge sind möglich. Manchmal kreuzen Tiere den Bereich vor/unter der Veranda. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder bzw. Duschen. Man lebt hier außerhalb der touristischen Zentren. Puerto Viejo nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Supermärkte in der Nähe.

Teilweise klebriger Boden in der Küche, schlecht riechendes Sofa, intransparente Mülltrennung. Die Badezimmer wirken nicht einladend ,der Wasserdruck der Duschen ist unzureichend. Die Küchenfenster und die Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht insektengeschützt lüften, da die Gaze fehlt. Ein Ventilator auf der Veranda fehlt.

Tremenda casa dentro de la selva y con playa prácticamente propia. Pudimos disfrutar de la compañía de perezosos, monos, martas, iguanas, ranas, etc. No necesitas hacer excursiones a ninguna reserva si te alojas en casa Koda. Única critica: necesita una buena barbacoa.

The location of the house is truly incredible, and that's what we've always loved about it, as we've stayed there several times, including this one. This is our third time here, and the house's appearance has changed without any improvements.

The house's appearance has deteriorated; the cleanliness isn't the best, the front door gets stuck and is almost impossible to open. The refrigerator door is completely rusted and doesn't work properly. But the worst thing is the brown water coming from the tank with that strong smell that lingers on your skin. It happened to us last year, and we thought it was due to heavy rains, but it's the same this time. They did give us containers of drinking water, but that smell really leaves a bad taste in our mouths.
