The location is amazing. We saw more animals at the house and short walk to the beach than in two different national parks.
I have only one suggestion. At least a clothes dryer would be great at the house. We stayed for six days and it was very difficult to dry clothes outside, they just didn’t dry well because of the humidity.

The property was fully equipped, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The private pool was definitely the highlight of the stay!
There was nothing I didn’t like. The experience was excellent overall.

Nice location, halfway between Puerto Viejo and Manzanillo, with a quiet walkway to a private beach. All of the bedrooms were clean and well-appointed.
The main AC unit was malfunctioning and leaked water all over the TV and remotes. This probably explained the overwhelming moldy stench throughout the living room area, and possibly explained why the remote to the garage gate didn't work, forcing us to manually push the heavy sliding gate open and close every time we went somewhere. Judging by the smell, it has probably remained unfixed for some time. I am still dealing with respiratory problems from the mold.
