Close to the train station and the room was very clean and elegant.

Access to the inner courtyard, but it's a common space and it's up to the authorities.

Everything was great. The place was decorated so cutely and was very clean. The location was perfect and very convenient to get to the train and centro storico. We would definitely stay again!

The room is big and clean. It is within walking distance of the main train station.

The location is not that pleasant. I arrived in the late afternoon and didn't feel that comfortable walking from the train station to the accommodation. The road is also very cobbled and rough so difficult with luggage on wheels. I did feel more safe the following morning when there were less dodgy characters around the streets. I felt safe within the apartment itself and nice watching the activites on the street below. The communication with the host could have been better. It was self check in and there was no explanation about the accommodation, for example, how to open and close the shutters. When I contacted the host because I was unable to close the shutters, initially they said that they were working previously and hoped I hadn't broken them and then did not respond to my request if they could come and help me with them. Even though I managed to close them myself eventually (there is a trick to it), it was still very noisy from the steeet. The tea and coffee was limited and no milk provided. I am not at all fussy about pillows but these had very little and lumpy fluffy in them.
