Great location and atmosphere

We really enjoyed staying here. We were very tired, and it was so nice to arrive at this cosy and clean apartment. It was the only accommodation during our trip to Poland that provided two blankets for two people — we really appreciated that. :) I also really liked the garden and the atmosphere.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location and it is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Łódź. It is very close to the train station which makes accessing it very easy. The backyard has a hammock and patio area which is nicely maintained and always available to use. The host offers you a fully garnished kitchen with coffee and tea which is super convenient and nice. There is a hair dryer and iron which is always available for use. Lastly the host themselves are amazing and very attentive and quick to respond. I booked extremely last minute and had arrived very early. I didn’t expect to be allowed to check in early so was planning to enjoy the patio until the room was ready but the host was so nice and checked me in earlier! Love this place.

The only negative is to make sure to pack toiletries as the nearest store (ie Lidl) is a bit of a walk to get to. If you have a car then it isn’t an issue.

The rooms are very clean, there was everything you need, very cozy and comfortable in terms of equipment, everything is well thought out

The doors and walls are very thin, you can hear any rustle of neighbors. if someone is doing something in the kitchen, then you hear all this, any conversations and movements of your neighbors. our neighbors, unfortunately, were very loud from 20 to 01 at night - they talked and watched TV, laughed and washed themselves in the shower at night, they did not respond to knocking on the wall and doors. We heard every word, it was very uncomfortable to sleep, even impossible.
