Reno hotel

The location is great and very close to plenty of malls. It is also walking distance to the Jim Thompson Museum. There are convenience stores close by. The hotel is quiet and has a nice little cafe attached to it.

The gym is quiet small with only a dumbbell rack to use for strength training. The other machines were unplugged during my stay. In the room you won't find a weight scale or basic amenities like toothbrush, comb or razor so make sure you bring those with you.

Amazing hotel for the price we paid! We absolutely loved the artistic and unique environment, and the location was fantastic, very convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. What really stood out to us was the security. No matter how late we returned and walked through the alley, the security staff were always around and keeping an eye on the surroundings. It made us feel very safe and comfortable, even when coming back late at night. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value, a great location, lovely staff, and a safe environment. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had an absolutely amazing stay! The only minor issues were that there was a little mold in the toilet, which was slightly irritating, and the complimentary water had an unpleasant taste. Other than these small details, everything was absolutely wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location . Staff in the front deck. They want to help guest.

No staff to take our bags. No late check out. The clean of room not perfect especially under the beds.
