The room are clean, and the staff is polite and nice. It is 10 min walk from Siam Paragon and Siam Square.

No ramp for strollers and wheelchairs at the entrance. This is disappointing. It would be so easy to set up, though. The Wi-Fi system is also really inconvenient. It requires you to constantly reconnect whenever you're inactive. That's very annoying when you're trying to work.

They put a sign in the bathroom that gets held up by a tiny dish, well surprise surprise it knocked over the tiny soap dish and we had to pay for it. I just think they could've stuck the sign to the wall. Or literally put it anywhere else. It's pretty cringe. I think it was $5 but it just soured it all. Then we had to wear shoes in the bathroom just to make sure. Also this dish exists so they can give you the thinnest piece of soap sealed in plastic to save on stuff, but they give you a new one every day and it breaks as you open it, everyday and then we didn't have a soap dish to leave it in. It's more wasteful and kind of just annoying. Also the bed was hard I got an adapter from a store in Thailand and I plugged it into the wall and it started smoking. I immediately removed it, I'm so glad we weren't asleep. I let the staff know that either the adapter was faulty or their wires are faulty and they just took the adapter and stared at it. I translated a message in Thai and they didn't even bother to read it. This was pretty disappointing. I hope no fires are caused because of this issue. Very scary.

No staff to take our bags. No late check out. The clean of room not perfect especially under the beds.
