Great for kids of all ages ! The playground at the hotel is amazing for infants and the game room is great for 5+ years old
The location right next to the water park is great! So easy to go grab things from your hotel room and get back to the water park
Staff were very friendly and very accommodating
Everyone spoke good English even the concierge
The hotel breakfast restaurant manager was amazing! Very kind and sweet
It’s too cold inside the hotel. The lobby and the restaurants, the aircon is just too cold. My kids froze during breakfast! Luckily I had sweatshirts with me

Modern, clean and comfortable. The room was great, Air con was brilliant. The restaurant was lovely, great service and fantastic food.
The pool was great, it was quite busy when we first arrived on the Saturday, but after that it was really quiet.
The writer bands to access the room was great, no panic of losing or forgetting a card - I wish more places would have these.
We needed help trying to book train tickets, the person at reception wasn't particularly helpful.

The hotel is the definition of ‘fine’. Almost everything is just ‘fine’. The rooms are fine. Breakfast is fine. Facilities are fine.
Vana Nava is the only reason to stay here though.
Breakfast severely lacked meat options, from pillows too soft, kids club closes at 12:30 (??), location is a bit middle of nowhere.
