Very caring a owner , was very helpful to us

Rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We liked swimming pool with sun beds and the grill part with the garden. The quiet surrounding with many roads for a bike. Anja was very kind and helpful. A great place, I recommend it!

Everything is perfect. The apartment is modern, very well equipped and what is also important very clean. Wine and cold drinks were waiting for us in the fridge. Air conditioning is in every room. The kitchen does contain everything that is needed to prepare every kind of meal. In front of our terrace, there was a courtyard and spot for our car but it is surrounded by greenery and we spent there nice evenings. The swimming pool and the area around the swimming pool are clean and well prepared. There was no problem finding a free sunbed with an umbrella. Wifi is accessible everywhere with good quality of the signal and very good speed. If you need something you can ask Anja via e.g. WhatsApp and you immediately get an answer. I recommend this apartment to people looking for a quiet, comfortable place to rest. What's more, it is a good starting point to visit old, beautiful towns like Pula, Rovinj, Bale - Valle and so on.

The location is in an idyllic little village, Peroj, it is very relaxing. The house was well prepared. Anja was always there available for any kind of questions. The pool is also nice, with possibilities also for little children to bath. All in all very relaxing atmosphere. Will come back.

We arrived at Villa Anja after touring for six days and were looking forward to a few days of relaxation. We couldn't have chosen a better property for this. We were met on arrival and shown to our apartment which was absolutely beautiful. Although the property is three years old, everything looked like new and was of a very high quality. The apartment had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Anja was very helpful throughout our stay, giving us lots of local information and recommending several great restaurants. The outside of the property was, if anything, even better. The heated pool was a good size and there were plenty of sunbeds and parasols, again of very high quality. There was even a well equipped BBQ area. Our poolside terrace was surrounded by lavender and there were constantly swarms of butterflies fluttering around and the smell was wonderful. If you are thinking of booking this apartment, stop thinking and just book it - you won't be disappointed!

There is only one average restaurant within easy walking distance, but a couple of miles away in Fazana, you will be spoilt for choice.

Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen! Wir hatten eigentlich 8 Tage gebucht, sind aber dann schon nach 4 Tagen raus und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Als wir ankamen waren wir sehr geschockt weil die Lage wirklich nicht gut ist. Schimmel im Badezimmer an den Decken, die Fliesen im Gang waren an manchen Stellen offen wodurch Tiere rein kamen, jeden Abend hatten wir mindest 2 Tausendfüßler und andere Tiere im Zimmer. An jedem Raum hingen tote Tiere an den Wenden, Mücken und Fliegen mit Blut verteilt.. einfach nur eklig! An der Wand im Esszimmer lief etwas die Wand runter, was es war wissen wir nicht aber es roch nicht angenehm und wurde dann einfach mit dem Tisch und Stühlen verdeckt. Ausstattung war auch sehr mager, statt einer Schere usw gab es ein Taschen Messer das schon sehr alt war. kaum Geschirr und Besteck war vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr kalt wir haben leider keine 5 Minuten drinnen ausgehalten trotz 28 grad. Das Auto mussten wir außen parken obwohl es am Anfang hieß es darf in den Hof gestellt werden. Wir müssten uns dann raus stellen aber eine Familie die auch zur Gast da war durfte drinnen stehen bleiben. (?) Und nach alldem habe ich dann mit der Gastgeberin geschrieben da sie nie vor Ort war und kaum zu erreichen. Sie meinte zu höre das zum ersten Mal, dazu hat sie all die Beweis Bilder ignoriert und meinte sie könne nichts mehr machen da wir ja jetzt weg sind. Sie wollten dann den Schlüssel haben um es weiter zu vermieten, während wir trotzdem die Wohnung die restlichen 4 Tage zahlen musst. Ich habe sie darum gebeten mir etwas vom Geld zurück geben da es nur fair wäre. Sie hat mir gesagt das ist jetzt unsere Schuld und sie gebe uns unser Geld nicht zurück. Das war leider der schlimmste Urlaub bis jetzt und ich Ärger mich immer noch sehr. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Schöne Anlage mit großem sauberen Pool. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nette Gastgeberin. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Region.

Keine Mückengitter, so dass einige Mücken in der Wohnung waren.

ubytování je nově postavené, pokoje jsou prostorné a postele jsou příjemně tvrdé. bazén v areálu ubytování je perfektní věc. když jsme nechtěli k moři, tak bazén byl pár kroků od pokoje.
