ShootingStar Private Camp

We were looking for an authentic yet comfortable experience in the desert and we got memories for a lifetime. The camp is isolated, set amongst the dunes so it does not feel touristy but a true settlement. We were the only people that evening so we could really reconnect with nature. Went for a camel ride at sunset in the dunes, marvellous. After a feast dinner (food for 10 when we were 2!), we spent time aound the wood fire and lied on a small platform to stargaze, most beautiful clear sky. The tent was huge with super confortable beds and true shower with a window in the ceiling to watch the moon. In the morning we went for a walk in the dunes and surfing down in the sand. So much to take in! A special thanks to Ahmed who guided us to get there : I was super stressed driving in the sand, he took time to explain how to do it, reassure me (Let the wind blow in your hair & Enjoy!) Nothing, Stay the way you are

Sehr, sehr schöne Übernachtung im Wüstencamp. Wir waren begeistert. Die Abholung hat gut geklappt, dann die teilweise Offroad Fahrt durch den Sand zum Camp. Das Camp liegt abseits der anderen Camps und man füllt sich richtig in der Wüste. Man kann zu Fuß auf die Dünen gehen und ein Sandboard was vor Ort verfügbar ist ausprobieren. Das Essen war sehr gut, ebenso das luxuriöse Zelt mit dem Badezimmer-Zelt daneben. Für uns war eine Nacht ausreichend.

We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen nadat de eigenaar ons onder escorte naar het prive kamp bracht. Erg leuk om met je eigen 4x4 auto dit stuk in de woestijn te rijden. De tenten zijn heel schoon en heel comfortabel ingericht, net als de badkamer ernaast in een gebouwtje. Geweldig om te dune bashen, zonsondergang te zien, sterren te kijken, genieten van de rust en de prachtige uitgestrektheid van de woestijn en natuurlijk het heerlijke uitgebreide avondeten en ontbijt! Geweldige ervaring mede dankzij zeer gastvrije Hamad en zijn team! Genoten!

J’ai absolument tout aimé. L’emplacement’ l’accueil chaleureux, le confort, les repas, le personnel, le calme, le dépaysement, le professionnalisme,…
