Bed, Book & Breakfast Landolina

We spent 2 nights at Bed Book and Breakfast as part of our trip to Sicily and it was without doubt the best place we stayed. Everything about it was perfect. It's right in the centre of Catania in a lovely old building and our room was fantastic. It was a large corner room with plenty of space, a gorgeous tiled floor and beautifully furnished. It had a large balcony - you could see both Mount Etna and the sea as well as the lively Catania streets. The bathroom was very good with everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent - there was a good choice and everything was home made and delicious. There was a communal fridge where you could always get fresh cold water and could also help yourself to tea, coffee and snacks. Our host, Diego, and his wife and lovely little daughter, made us feel like part of the family and were very helpful. This is a great choice for a stay in Catania and excellent value for money. I hope to return one day.

Nothing - all perfect.

Everything. The host was lovely and made every effort to accommodate us. We were vegan and he went to great trouble to find things for our breakfast. The location is a few minutes walk from the Duomo piazza with all the action. We saw a wonderful violinist and one night, an opera singer in that piazza. Great restaurants all around. I loved the book theme of the B&B. The bus to the airport is a couple of minutes walk away.

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

It is in a great location. The room I had was beautiful and had a travel theme, which I found very inspiring. It was large and comfortable with a balcony. The host was very helpful with travel and responsive to messages. It really was a dream stay.

This property has real character. Really felt at home and comfy. Diego is very warm, welcoming and helpful host. I felt like I had a real Catania Italian experience. Breakfast was wonderful!Definitely gets 10/10 from me.
