Bed, Book & Breakfast Landolina

The apartment is very clean and at central location, the main piazza, duomo and fish market are only within a few mins walk. The breakfast he prepared consisted of a wide variety dishes and was very delicious. Most importantly, the owner Diego was superb. We came during Mt Etna’s eruption and our flight at CTA was cancelled. Diego looked for information for us and continuously updated us and even offered many advices. We felt like home in his apartment. We also mistakenly took his socket splitter when we left hurriedly midnight for Palermo, so sorry. I would definitely recommend his stay to everyone who visits Catania.

I had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend it. First of all, Diego was absolutely wonderful from the moment I arrived until the very end of my stay. He is incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Whatever I needed, he was always happy to help, and he really makes you feel at home rather than just like a guest. On my departure day, he even kindly kept my luggage for me until 7 PM, which made my last day in Catania so much easier. I really appreciated his hospitality and flexibility. The location is excellent — very central and extremely convenient, with bus stops nearby for the airport as well as buses to other destinations, which made getting around very easy. The property itself was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was another highlight! It was delicious, generous and had a really nice variety. It was such a lovely way to start the day. Overall, the combination of the great location, cleanliness, breakfast and especially Diego’s hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would happily stay here again if I return to Catania

We really felt like home here! The location is perfect. The breakfast was outstanding. So quiet and relaxing. Every detail here is perfect. The books!!! It is heaven for a bookworm. We loved that it really felt like we were in someone's home. And, Bianca was the best hostess. What a smile! (The baby)
