The location of this place is exceptional! You are within 7 minutes of nice leisurely working from the gates to the Pompeii! Site.
This may be an off-season thing, however the breakfast is not served at the place. You are expected to go to one of the caffes for breakfast. Since our plans involved leaving the apartment early in the morning, the caffe wasn't open yet. We bought our own breakfast. Although Andrea compensated one morning's breakfast for us.

The balcony looks out on Vesuvius, what more could you ask for? Breakfast was fine, and the entrance to the archaeological site is just down the road (ignore the touts that tell you you're going the wrong way)the manager also gave us an excellent dinner recommendation

A perfect host and I felt safe.
It was clean and such a lovey room
Its a bit noisy outside but that can't be helped also, once the windows were closed it did dampen the noise down.

Location
Had to turn on the bidet with hot water in order to get the hot water in the shower head, otherwise no hot water while taking a shower. It was very inconvenient.
