Villa Windmill

La posizione comoda facilmente raggiungibile e una location abbastanza riservata. Bella la piscina e il contesto, lo stesso mulino è rustico ma ben tenuto, il bagno era pulito e spazioso come anche la doccia. La camera da letto abbastanza confortevole munita anche di un lavabo secondario. L'aria condizionata è ampiamente sufficiente per tutta l'abitazione se usata con criterio lasciando le porte e le finestre chiuse. Buona connessione ad internet e aria fresca mattutina. Gaios é a 5 minuti di auto, mentre lacca è loggos a 10 minuti. Ottimo il posto auto.

Qualcosa andrebbe aggiornata in casa, c'era una porta del mobile da cucina senza pomello e he non chiudeva. Un vetro della porta d'ingresso rotto. La porta del bagno necessitava di molta forza per poterla chiudere a chiave. L'illuminazione potrebbe essere migliorata. anche la luce notturna della piscina non funzionava, e l'area è completamente invasa dalle formiche era impossibile lasciare anche solo una crema solare o una bibita senza che si venisse assaliti, purtroppo è la stesso per la cucina dove eravamo impossibilitati a lasciate qualsiasi alimento e bevanda senza che fosse sigillato in un sacchetto. Il bagno è la camera non presentano questo problema.

Perfect location in the middle of the island. Spacious property with nice pool. Villa was somewhat limited (bedroom, bath, and common dining-room/kitchen, but had most the things one might need. We had some ants attacking the home, but I guess this is logical when you're staying in the middle of the nature. We also had one day some water shortages, but I take it this was due to the island, not the property. Overall a very nice experience!

Amazing location, nature and sea view. Very convenient position on the island. Pool and outdoor setting well kept.

The building requires better maintenance: both entrance doors do not close properly, and the AC unit is at least 20 years old, making it ineffective during the summer. The bathroom is also in need of renovation. Communication with the guest service (a UK-based agency) was somewhat confusing and not always in sync with what was happening on-site — for example, janitors showed up at different times than those indicated in the property info sheet.

Pool was lovely and the villa petite but ok for two people. very 'unmodern' but had all the facilities that we needed.

Air con was only in the bedroom so might be better extended downstairs too (not a big issue however). Most irritating was the front door which had to be forced/banged to make it shut. Furthermore, whilst it could be locked from outside it was not possible to lock the door from inside. Another irritant was the need to bring beach towels - it would be no great hardship for them to be provided by the owner.
