Villa Elaia Suites & Apartments No.2

We had a lovely stay at the villa, location is perfect, a little remote (a must for us) but very close to everything if you rent a car; and the place is very peaceful and relaxing. The garden is lovely and the kids really enjoyed the large pool (and so did we). The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us all feel at home on day 1. The place had everything we needed, and was super clean too. Thank you!!

This apartment is amazing - so spacious, with a huge wraparound balcony. Evi is a wonderful host, even picking us up from the port and taking us back again. She’d left us some lovely rose wine and coffee as well. The pool is great, plenty of beds and chairs around to relax, and it’s all so peaceful and tranquil. Paxos is a beautiful island and would definitely recommend. If you like walking, it’s good to walk to Mongonisi beach - easy walk which is only about an hour walk.

You really need a car to get around. We thought being only 2km out of Gaios would be fine but the road is difficult to walk on and you wouldn’t be able to do it in the dark. September 2025 - a taxi was 10 euros (there are only five taxis on the island), we got a minibus one night and that was 20 euros. We managed okay for two nights but any longer and we’d need a car. One small recommendation - have a courtesy bar in the reception room with cans of beer and waters to take whilst you’re around the pool would be great.

Very clean apartments. We appreciated the mosquito screens on the windows, the air conditioning in the bedrooms and the pool area.

The shower head could be changed.

Clean, ample space and good location.

The access road is extremely narrow, bumpy, and very badly maintained. Although the facilities were very good, getting to them is very difficult.
