Great location, ideal to explore Sevilla as a tourist, beautiful neighborhood and very quiet. The landlord was very nice and made very good recommendations.
The second bedroom is not well isolated so you hear a lot from the street, but as the street is very quiet it was not a big issue for us.

The location was excellent and we had all the facilities needed for our stay. Very modern and super clean. Our host gave us favourite eating places and places we must see whilst we were there. On arrival our host's mum took us through how the apartment worked all in spanish but through hand gestures etc. we settled in home from home
The apartment because of it's structure and nothing else could be a little noisy but we got used to it fairly quickly and it became part of the charm of the city
