I have just stayed for one night and I have to say Simona is amazing, she picked me up and has dropped me off at the airport with a bike box and bag. Her communication weeks before my stay was superb and very reassuring. Nothing feels too much for her and she even guided me to a take away pizza last night 🤩👋🏻👋🏻
The property is very clean and well laid out, super value for money and the breakfast is second to none. All in all a brilliant little place to say with that home sweet home feeling! 👍🏻😍

I LOVED this room and this BNB SO MUCH! It's not your standard "hotel room" BnB it was more like staying with a family but the breakfast spread was HUGE and the choices were phenomenal!! GRAZIE Simona!!!
The bed was a bit hard but all beds in Italy are for me. So I can't blame this place in particular!!

Simona was such a welcoming and friendly host - she made me feel really safe and at home! Her airport taxi shuttle was also really worth it; I highly recommend booking it if you’re arriving very early or late in the evening. The house was incredibly clean, and I loved her attention to detail – e.g. the free toiletries in the shared bathroom and the personal bath mat for every guest; or the lovely self-service breakfast which even included a few gluten free items for us coeliacs, and non-dairy options for those who need them. I also loved the ice tea in the rooms & common areas - such a welcome detail in the heat. Overall, this was such incredible value for money - I would totally stay here again!
