This historic craftsman house has just been updated with a brand new gourmet kitchen (wolf range) that opens to large dining room and living room deck. The views are amazing as the house sits on one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz, Seabright Beach. The classic and stylish house has been remodeled with modern amenities and provides deluxe atmosphere unmatched by most other vacation rentals.
Built in 1928, the 2-story house sits on a corner lot with 3600 square feet of living space. The house has a detached 2-car garage, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with white statutorio marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances, hot tub, basement with pool/ping pong table, separate TV room with 85" HDTV, large living room and dining room with expansive beach views.
Master bedroom on second floor has an incredible view of the beach/pier and brand new deck. Kids room has a cal king bed with twin loft with stairs that lead up to an attic where they can hang out and watch the waves at pleasure point or slide down the fire pole!
You are just a few steps from the beach and a few minutes by foot from the Santa Cruz boardwalk and pier.

We had the most wonderful stay at Vistamar with our children and grandkids! The house is beyond beautiful, and kept up so nice. We were very impressed. Can’t wait to go back again!

Ten of us from two families had the best Christmas in this wonderful home next to Seabright Beach. Some of us had stayed here a few years ago and were very happy with our visit then. The remodel took it to the next level. The new kitchen and other improvements were very well designed and implemented. Everything is professionally maintained, well stocked, and done with style. Combined with the sounds of the crashing surf and the warmth of the hot tub, life’s stresses melt away. Worth every penny!

I rented Gabriela's home for my family vacation and it was phenomenal. The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, and it offered something for everyone. My (grown) kids loved it and suggested we make this an annual family trip. Gabriella was responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend.
