I like the decoration style of the hotel. The location is at the center of the city and quite close to Ala Too square and Chuy street. Easy access to everywhere. Staffs are nice and have quick response to my feedback. Breakfast was good. Staffs at reception were helpful and communicated in English very well.
More fruits for breakfast if possible

Staff were welcoming, and when I had an issue with the AC in the middle of the night they gave me another room for me to sleep in as they couldn't fix the issue at such a late hour. Afterwards they changed our room and the next room was more pleasant and a bit bigger too.
Wifi was patchy at best in the hotel. First room had decent enough wifi to stream but next room had little to no wifi, not a massive issue as we were leaving the next day. Breakfast was poor. Selection was quite limited and I do not recommend the omelettes. You're best off sticking to fruits, oatmeal and boiled eggs.
