The place was terrible! It is a true scam, what shown in the photos are not true. The sheets are dirty(yellow mould, lipsticks, used and not wwshed), washrooom was not cleaned, sofas had bedbugs and the whole apsrtment was dirty along eith the pool. It is a rip off and refund can is cnot confirmed. As per the staffs, the owner lives in overseas and they do not deal with refunds. I made payment via my card through Agoda and i think Agoda shoukd take some actions to help with my refund as we didnt stay at the place due to its condition.it feels like i got scammed for this and never trusting. It would be great if some actions can be taken to help to get my refund. I have messsged the apartment place via agoda however no response was given. I would really appreciate if sth can be done to help with with my refund.

We stayed here recently for 4 days. To get there you have to drive up a narrow gravel dusty road. After 3 days we asked if we could use the leaking hose to spray the car with, was told the owner doesn’t allow customers to use the hose as it wastes water. Holy shit we paid for the facilities, and it was leaking,what the hell. We arrived at night and the lady attending the reception seemed lost and not very experienced. The restaurant does not operate.at all. The rooms are very ffictures speak for themselves. I would recommend that any booking platform takes this hotel off their website as it’s not suitable to be advertised. We would’ve gone elsewhere but all our business arrangements were made around this place and we didn’t know the area well. I have stayed at many hotels around the world but by far this is the worst of the worst. We were told the owner is selling up maybe that’s why this place is so run down. Not worth the money. *** please refund my money or part of.

nothing was good in at this property. very very poor service. still surprised that Fiji has this kind of hotels.
