    The room did not have any hand towels. There was not enough toiletries available esp shower gel, shampoo and conditioner

    A clean, well-located property with friendly and helpful staff and good facilities. Housekeepinc was reliable hot water was available and parking was a welcome convenience. Breakfast was a let-down, while the limited shopping options reduced the convenience. Overall. it was a pleasant stay with good service, although the value for money could be better.

    The hotel needs upgrades. I stayed in a level 6 room. - Cockroach issue, the floor has carpet with a rug design instead of an actual rug, the phone was not working, wooden spoons instead of proper utensils, the toilet has clogging issues. It felt dirty and there are better options for the price. The staff are helpful and friendly thou.
