Wonderful stay at Le Méridien Xi’an. Special thanks to Jack at the front desk for his exceptional service. He was kind, proactive, and gave us great tips to explore the city. His thoughtful gestures made us feel truly welcome. A great example of outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

Absolutley awesome place, we had the clubfloor cornersuite and it was massive, and had a exclusive feeling for the same money we will pay for a 15m2 tiny room in Hong Kong next week. We felt awestruck what 150eur a night can give you!
The room was very warm in our northern europe standard and the AC didnt go lower but they fixed that by opening the windows up. And we got a comfy 16-18C in the bedroom

Room was comfortable bed.
Concierge staff did the best they could to accommodate a family outing booking.
No Aircon!!!! It was 29° in the room.
Taxis struggle to find location of hotel even when providing chinese name.
Breakfast...not as good as in chongqing.
They could not arrange any tours with pickup from hotel.
