From the moment I arrived, I really liked the room , it was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, my stay was heavily affected by loud construction noise around the apartment, which was never mentioned beforehand. As a guest, especially after an early flight, you just want to rest , but unfortunately, that wasn’t possible here. From the first day, sleeping was very difficult. I couldn’t take a nap during the day, and even on the weekend, I was woken up as early as 6 or 7 AM by the noise. There was also no fridge in the room, which was a shame if you want to keep your own food or drinks cool. I tried contacting the property via Booking.com, but the replies I received were vague and unhelpful , I was simply told to contact Booking.com, without any real solution. The staff that was physically present at the hotel were kind and polite, which I do appreciate. In the end, I decided to leave a day early because I just couldn’t get any rest, and the issue couldn’t be resolved properly. Maybe the noise is temporary, but for me, it made the stay very uncomfortable. Sadly, this just wasn’t the right place for me.

A quiet and central stay with everything we needed

The place was peaceful and quiet, yet very close to everywhere. There was a parking area for the scooter, which was very convenient. The room had everything we needed — a small kitchen, a nice pool, and regular cleaning service. It was very clean overall. The balcony was spacious enough and a nice bonus.

There was an issue with the bathroom drain — the water went down very slowly. Also, the wardrobe in the room was broken. The room definitely needs repainting, as the walls looked quite dirty and worn.

Absolutely horrible, they're lying about the property.

Nothing, absolute catfish. The photos are not accurate the place looks very different in real life.

- there are no towel racks for the towels, nowhere to place the towels to dry!!!! - there is no place to put the bottles in the shower!!! - cracks in the walls - walls: dirty, moldy, damaged - curtains were extremely disgusting, I think these have never been washed. - patio door was broken - lamp on the bedside was broken - the linen was outdated and used, very old, different colours, should be replaced to new ones. - insane drilling the whole day that started from 9am, it was impossible to stay in the room. I am SHOCKED how they can rip off guests with these photos. Absolutely mortified that people make money with this. I feel used, paid non-refundable rate, obviously would have never booked it if I knew the REAL CONDITION OF THIS PLACE. CHANGE THE PHOTOS! It's not okay to lie to guests. I've been in the industry for 10 years, I've visited and lived in many hotels around the world from Europe to Asia to the Caribbean and this has been MY WORST STAY EVER. I left after 1 night, i couldn't stay there. I LOST MONEY!

Great location. Quiet and so close to the beach

Great place for the value. Close walk to the beach and short scooter ride to town. So many cute ships and cafes also on walking distance. Love that the hotel had a water refill station.

Great and suffice!

The price we paid for the room matched the expectations that we had for the room and the amenities. Knowing that the location is slightly further away from the main area of Canggu, we appreciated the privacy as well as, the team on staff. Of course, being able to converse in Bahasa eased the communication with staff at hand further.

We did feel that the kitchen could potentially be further better equipped for the folks staying to be able to cook more if we stayed for a much longer duration!

Location was good, I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. I like the privacy of the upstairs rooms. Enjoyed having a desk in the room.

Huge yellow stains on the bedsheets. :( Staff was very flirtatious and always asking me where I was going, making jokes about me to other staff members and staring. I'm a solo female so it was not fun to experience. I felt uncomfortable. One time they tried coming into my room without knocking while I was sleeping. I think it was an accident but that was a hell no. Air conditioning also wasn't great and Bali is super hot right now.

Able to check in a few hours early and choose between 2 rooms.Room cleaned everyday always clean and fresh - small kitchen area, pool well kept, close to the beach nice quiet area. Security there each night.

Unfortunately and through no fault of theirs the building work in the next building was pretty constant daily other than that a very reasonably priced clean pleasant stay

It didn't look like the pics at all, the noise at night... I always had ants in the room, my room was so old, I had holes near the Aircon on the wall, it was disappointing actually, they need to fix many things unfortunately, also the bad smell in the bathroom

Disappointing. Never again.

- The photos are several years old and do not reflect the reality whatsoever! This venue is entirely surrounded by buildings and construction, so there is jack hammering, drilling, grinding and construction workers staring into the rooms from next door from 7am - 6pm every single day. The photos reflect the venue nestled in rice fields, which it is not. - There are no privacy curtains, only solid curtains that do not entirely cover the window, so you either have the window completely open in full view of everyone, or entirely closed and partially dark. - The rooms are rotting and contain mold. We checked out the other rooms and they are all the same - smell very strong of cigarette smoke and the bedding is old, moldy and stale. - The walls are stained and filthy, the bathroom sink and toilet are loose and when you turn on the tap at the sink, the entire sink moves as if it is about to crash out of the wall! The toilet also nearly fell apart and had to be fixed. - The air conditioner did not work, and upon reporting this to the owner his response was simply "yes it does work, I had it cleaned before you checked in". Even though the cleaner admitted that it is old and broken and apparently many guests have complained about the air conditioner in the past. The air conditioner is directly above the bed, so it blasts straight down on you and you cannot turn it away from the bed - something to bear in mind if you do not like the draft of air directly on your body. - The room lacks basic hotel furnishings, such as a towel rack (we had to hang the towel over the toilet), a shelf in the shower to put soaps (the floor is your only option), ceiling fan or mirror. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the combined smell of cigarette smoke and mold make it difficult to relax and sleep.

Property is in a good location, quiet but close to all the restaurants and beach. Nice pool with a fridge and small entertainment area.

Building going on next to the property, although not too noisy. Draining system in the bathroom isn't good. Walls in the room could do with a fresh paint.
