Excellent location. Room was comfortable with an effective fan, in hot weather. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast choices.
The bathroom had some mold/mildew in the shower area. Needs a thorough clean. The breakfast was good overall but the coffee was very weak and seemed of poor quality.

Super nice location - in old town near the castle if Passau. Underground parking few steps away.

it was clean and the staff was nice
There is not enough parking, we arrived in the evening and we had no place to park; there is no air conditioning, we could not sleep; there was no sheet on the bed, there was only one to protect the mattress, very rough; in the bathroom, the shower did not drain while you were taking a shower
