The villa layout, spacious rooms, loads of space for 4 of us, a great pool and surroundings, very well equipped with everything you could need. All the rooms and bathrooms were super, the included air conditioning was a bonus. Good access to local villages and two Lighthouse supermarkets. Great views too. Very helpful staff from Baron Homes for sorting out any issues.
Noisy neighbours (last 3 days of our stay). Note that this is a development of 3 houses (not detached )- there is plenty of space and it is private but you do have neighbours on both sides. For 2.days of our stay it was very difficult/impossible to park in the allocated space with a lot of cars, being blocked in by others (we had to park on the main road due to lack of space/access). Location was good (with great views) but it is a little way to walk (25 mins) to the nearest shops / restaurants.

Home was lovely, comfortable, and enjoyable! Our family of 6 had fun—- pools, hot tub, gym; yet there was more than enough room for privacy. Great location and spectacular views!

Great facilities and comfy rooms. Amenities were comprehensive too
A little out of the way, although Gozo is small. Location lacking food option, but thankfully there is food delivery services.
