We did not get the instruction on how to enter the apartment. Fortunately, we met a very nice man from the staff and he helped us. But we had to wait and worry.

Easy self check in, great location, modern apartment with good facilities and private bathroom. Tea/coffee/water and shower gel/soap provided, as were the towels. Nice and clean place. Great the automatic locks have a manual function from the inside - felt safe as a solo traveller (there's no staff/ reception on site).
Lack of lift, long spiral staircase is a bit of a hike. Smallish bathroom but good for the price.

Excellent localization, in the middle of downtown. Walking near of everything.
Easy to get access with the codes to get in.
Everything you need in a place to stay, BUT…
No air conditioning or AT LEAST, an electric fan;
The fridge was on, BUT ITS THE SAME AS NOTHING, didn’t cool NOTHING at all… not even let anything slightly cool. DOESNT WORK!!!
The room was DIRTY, disgusting dirty. The sheets weren’t changed, were dirty and with a lot of hairs… the floor was dusty and with a lot of small dirties, if you touch the table you keep glued by some kind of sticky dirt…
