Struttura molto carina vicinissima al centro e al canale principale.

Truly quiet area; the loft next to a lovely little park, but also close to the Old Town, outstanding food courts, restaurants and a tempting wine tasting bar as well as a food shop and buses to the beach. The university within a 15-minutes walking distance.
Averio has been severely flooded, so there might be still the trace of stale air. It just needs ventilating.

La ubicación al ladito del centro y puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. Es muy pequeñito pero cumple con lo necesario para dormir un par de noches. Todo muy limpio.
Es una casita pequeña pegada a otra casita PERO no está separada por una pared de verdad, sino por una de pladur que parece de papel. Donde está la cama es como si compartieras habitación con los de al lado. Se escuchan todas las conversaciones, roncar al del otro lado...vamos q parece q compartimos habitación todos juntos.

Localização excelente e camas confortáveis. Habitação pequena mas acolhedora.
Marquei para quatro pessoas e só tinha três talhões de banho e uma toalha de rosto ambos de péssima qualidade. A noite ficou fresca e nem cobertores existiam para aconchego. A loiça mal lavada com restos de comida bem visiveis quando tentamos usar.
