The location is great and you have parking right next to it.

The space clearly needs some maintenance, several little things are broken on half broken. The worst part of this apartment is the safety, one of the bedrooms is right on top of a very very dangerous set of wooden stairs. They are way too steep and have small steps, so the chances of tripping are very high for adults (my wife hurt herself getting down on the morning) and this is a massive health risk when you have kids. Totally do not recommend to book it with kids. Regarding cleaning, we found some old food remains under the sofa when we moved it. Other than that looked good.
