Beautiful stone villa, architecture and modern design not overlooked, it will surprise you with its beautiful volumes and large windows of 300 m², fully equipped with all amenities and large pool.
The Villa is a splendid property with breathtaking views of the Oued Bourkaiz, 15 minutes from the imperial city of Fes, 20 minutes from the airport Fes Sais and 40 minutes from Meknes.
Equipped with a private pool, private gardens and organic vegetable garden available.

The villa includes 4 suites with private bath, ideal for two families, adventurers or business travelers.
You will appreciate the peace and quiet of a journey through the tumultuous but fascinating city center.
The region of Fez known for the peaks of the Atlas is ideal for horseback riding, walking motorcycles or quads, through a multitude of trails connecting lakes and Berber villages scattered in the mountains.
You will be welcomed in a comfortable villa with 700 olive trees, 5000 young palms and a large organic vegetable garden,
all on a plot of 2 hectares, caretaker and gardener on site.

In winter, heating is provided by underfloor heating.
The sleeping capacity is 8 people spread over four rooms. The banquettes of the show can also accommodate four additional people, extra beds can be made available on request.

We had such a lovely stay at the villa and genuinely enjoyed our time here. The property was exactly as described - very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt like a great place to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the villa from the amazing canyon views at the back to the cute cat and horse that would come say hi during the day that made the experience even better.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were always responsive, helpful, and accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with directions and arrival. Everything was handled smoothly, which made a big difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay without any stress.A special mention to the cook, who was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and such a highlight of our trip, it really added a unique and memorable touch to the experience. It was so convenient and made our stay feel even more special.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this villa to others. Thank you again for your hospitality! :)

The host was very welcoming and very accommodating. Every bed room has a heater which was great. Two beautiful cats come in and out of the house. Beautiful property. Beautiful people. Fes is awesome by the way.

La Villa se trouve dans un très joli cadre, accessible depuis une route empierrée. Il est nécessaire d’être véhiculé pour y résider. Elle se trouve à proximité de l’autoroute et d’une cimenterie mais le bruit n’est pas gênant. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité, les champs d’oliviers et de palmiers. Dommage que tous les équipements de la cuisine principale ne soient pas fonctionnels et la machine à laver doit être réparée. Un lit bébé à été mis à notre disposition pour notre fils de 1 an. Pour l’instant il n’y a pas d’autre équipement pour les enfants. Mustapha qui s’occupe de l’entretien est une présence bienveillante. Nous souhaitons de la réussite au propriétaire pour la suite de son projet (lodges, centre équestre à proximité).
