Ducati's B and B

An amazing choice of breakfast foods were provided along with plenty of other kitchen basics. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious with a lot of thought put into the set up of the property. We were planning on booking a motel but for the same price we found this and couldn’t have asked for more.

Location was fine - off the highway and quiet. The property was well marked and easy to find. Red and green lights along the drive took me straight to the cottage. Everything was in really good condition and everything worked. There were more than enough appliances, cutlery and crockery. Breakfast of bacon and fresh eggs was wonderful. Property owner came out an introduced himself, but was not intrusive There was an excellent explanatory email prior to me arriving.

Parking could have been more clearly marked, and access to the garage a little easier. I have a big car and it was a little tight in the area outside the unit and I left the car outside. There was another area I could have parked, however arriving at night I did not realise it was there, so issue is really a non event.

Owner was friendly what a great guy! Very welcoming! Will definitely stay there again! And recommend!!!!

Little house was well designed. Pantry was well stocked. Breakfast was nice.

Out side presentation could be better. Quite a few cobwebs, old rusty BBQ on porch. On arrival, we were supposed to meet one/both owners who didn't show up. The house was left open and keys were on table. As it was quite warm, tried to put aircon on cool, could only get heat, so tried the ceiling fan that made a noise (OK for day time, not for night) Loungeroom TV had no proper reception so could not be watched. Main bedroom's ceiling fan and tv worked well. Bedroom 2 had a ceiling fan that was noisier than the lounge so could not be used. Bedside lamp very dusty. When looking for an iron, opened up a linen cupboard that looked like a junk cupboard. Phoned number supplied just encase we needed help with anything, (needed the iron to iron wedding guests clothes) the call went to voicemail which was full so couldn't leave a message, even knocked on their door, only got a barking dog. No one phoned back even though they had my number. Eventually found the iron in the back of a kitchen cupboard.
