The view
The bannister and stairs out back need fixing. They are rotten and a hazard. Whipper snip around cabin and bbq area.

The instructions for using the cottage and the phone call to ensure everything was ok, was nicely done. Location is good. Place was clean and tidy. Good living area.
You enter through the back door. If you arrive at night you need a torch to see the lock box combination. Keep your torch on because the light switch inside is on the opposite side of the room. There is no shelter for your car, flooring in the kitchen has gaps (in the laminate, not all the way through). The internet assembly on the wall has left a hole in the wall above the telly and the powerpoints in the bedroom are nowhere near the bed side tables. All minor annoyances, but they add up.
