We arrived at the property and from the beginning we loved everything about it. The Lobby, wine and coffee corner, apartment and its view from the living room and balcony - just stunning! The apartment has everything we need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning but even on hot days it was manageable as the rooms had ceiling fans. We highly recommend getting yourself a little bit of luxury by booking a professional massage service. We felt amazing after that. Regarding the local area: shopping in Icod de los Vinos, which is a 4-minute drive from the property and the local beach, Playa de San Marcos, are at a similar distance. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around, but we found eating where local people dine was tastier, fresher and much cheaper. Big thanks to Ellena, our concierge, who was super helpful with any request, responding to us in no time.

The only nice addition would be some blinds on the big living room windows and Air conditioning; however, we managed without it.

Ottima posizione con vista sulle montagne e sull'oceano dalla terrazza. Terrazza molto spaziosa con tutti i comfort. Appartamento spaziososo abbastanza ben equipaggiato. Hall d'ingresso con libri, giochi e spazi comuni ben organizzati. Nel complesso tutto molto pulito e organizzato. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

Una volta parcheggiata l'auto nel parcheggio esterno bisogna usare il portone automatico del garage per entrare nel complesso. Abbiamo fatto notare ai gestori che il portone si dovrebbe chiudere in automatico e non mettendo nuovamente il codice. Infatti lo trovavamo spesso aperto all'arrivo. Ma questo non é uno svantaggio per l'utilizzatore. Sarebbe più una sicurezza per il proprietario. Per un appartamento di qualità con una bella terrazza é un peccato avere un piccolo BBQ un po' malconcio e solo un paio di capsule del caffé per 5 giorni di soggiorno. Sono piccole cose che costano poco ma che fanno la differenza a nostro avviso. Lo scalda bagno non é in grado di scaldare l'acqua contemporaneamente per le due docce.
