The hosts were incredible. Edith is just the most kind person on the earth. She welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some snacks. They created such a beautiful space there. The house feels like a castle. The cacti farm and the peace and quiet of this place was amazing. We would 100% come back to unwind again. I really loved spending time on the hammock and looking to the sea and hearing all the nature. It was incredibly sad to leave. The kitchen was so well equipped. And whenever we needed anything Edith was always so kind to help. We were staying in the 3 bedroom apartment even though we were just 2 people, as we thought it will be nice to have a bigger space and it was :). I think this is exceptional value for if you go with 2 or one more couple. But I think if I was going again I would stay at the bungalow, as it is separated a bit from the rest of the apartments (by the natural pond, it is a separate unit) so you can experience even more peace. We got a bit unlucky with the family below us as they had very loud kid, but this should not be something to determine the stay, as you cannot really know beforehand, and this is also not in the host hands. It was also personally to us as we like to be undisturbed, given that we live in very loud city. The days without the family below, were TRUE DREAM. This is one of the best places we stayed at so far. Edith has showed us how to get around and get to the pools as well. At night with clear sky you have such a beautifull view to the stars. There is also space to braai. Beds are extremely comfortable, very good quality mattress, you can really unwind and have a deep sleep there. It is just such a special place! For the road down to the proeprty, it indeed is steep and a bit of a sweat, but once you down there or up there you do not think of it anymore. I would not take the comments about this road as a determine, but if you come to this place you definitely need to rent a car. Unless you like to have a good exercise :D!

Urocze miejsce z uroczymi właścicielami. Nasz apartament miał oooogromny taras na którym przebywaliśmy cały czas poza snem. Droga dojazdowa dla nas była super przygodą. Trochę szkoda, że pogoda nie pozwoliła nam w pełni korzystać ze zjawiskowego biologicznego basenu. A na dodatek odwiedzały nas dwa przesłodkie koty 🐈 🐈. Widok na kaktusowy ogród - nieoceniony. I nocne odgłosy burzyka żółtodziobego 👍

Nasz apartament był troszkę oldfashioned ale uznaliśmy to za jego zaletę 👍

Das ganze Gelände war sehr schön und gepflegt. Auch die Terrasse samt Ausblick war wunderschön. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es wurden Restaurantreservierungen angeboten und ein Defekt beim Geschirrspüler wurde sofort versucht zu beheben.

Aufgrund der kalten Temperaturen war es auch in der Wohnung ziemlich feucht und kalt. Für das nicht optimale Wetter kann jedoch der Vermieter nichts 😉 Ein Wasserschaden in einem der Badezimmer sollte behoben werden. Wahrscheinlich würden wir beim nächsten Mal das Deluxe Apartment buchen.
